Hi Sophie, by the silence I assume that no one has trademarked :) I have not done it and don't plan on doing it. I know that Gary from Everything Everywhere has not trademarked his name either. The down side is that a mobile phone company has now released a product called "everything everywhere", the good news is that doesn't mean Gary can't still use his name. he has a record of using it in the past, so had rights to keep using it (or at least that's how he explained it to me). The mobile company would have to buy his rights before they could trademark.

For me, I'm building more of my brand for my personal name so the trading marking does not come into it. If I get bigger (meaning Money) or I open a company like an LLC than i think it makes sense to trademark to protect your business from competitors.

Of course, I'm not a lawyer so take it all with a grain of salt and to be used for entertainment only ;)
